We originally had a touring caravan, but we found ourselves towing it down to Tenby almost every other weekend - we just couldn’t stay away! Eventually, we decided it made sense to upgrade to a static caravan for the extra space and those additional home comforts.

We’ve now owned at Wood Park for over five years and absolutely love it. One of the big reasons we chose this park is because there’s no clubhouse, arcades, or flashing lights - and that’s exactly what we wanted. With so much to do in the local area and loads of great places to eat nearby, we didn’t need all the noisy extras on park.

The location is perfect for us - just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Tenby and Saundersfoot to feel peaceful, but close enough to enjoy it all when we want it. You can walk into Tenby in around 20 minutes, and if you don’t fancy the walk back, a cab only costs about a fiver!

Over the last 20 years, we’ve owned several static caravans at some of the biggest “all-action” holiday parks across England and Wales. While they had plenty going on, we found ourselves paying sky-high annual site fees for facilities we rarely used.

Since becoming owners at Wood Park just over a year ago, we can honestly say it’s been the best move we’ve ever made. We absolutely love the peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside views, and being surrounded by nature - yet we’re still just minutes away from some of the most stunning beaches and coastal walks in Wales. And when we want the “action” there’s plenty of that for find locally off park.

It’s the perfect balance. The park is peaceful, the people are friendly, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. We genuinely feel part of a community here. The only downside is having to go home!

We became caravan owners May 2024, and it's the best decision we have made by a country mile. We wished that we had done it sooner.

We have loved our time here, that we upgraded to another caravan as we plan to spend many years on this park. It's like our second home, all the family enjoy spending time here too.

The location is ideal being situated between Tenby and Saundersfoot. We often take a walk or bus ride to both of these. Great local amenities also close by: mini supermarket, post office and pub.

Wood Park is exceptional, it's very well maintained, the team are an asset to the Henson Group. Nothing is too much trouble, they are both professional and friendly

The only sounds are the birds, the site is well maintained, the grounds are beautiful and all of the staff are so friendly. We've been here a number of years now, it's our little piece of paradise - it's a lovely site to just chill
