Please telephone, email or simply complete the booking form and send it to us with a deposit of £50 per unit per week. The balance is payable in cash on arrival. We are sorry we do not accept credit/debit cards.

Your Touring Caravan or Tent pitch will be available from 2pm on your day of arrival.
We would appreciate it if you would please advise us if you will be arriving after 6pm, or if you are delayed whilst travelling please telephone so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
You are requested to vacate your pitch by 10am.
We regret we do not allow pets on the touring/camping area during Easter weekend, Spring Bank Holiday and from 24 July to 3 September. At other times one small pet only allowed, which must be kept on a lead. (Day visitors pets are not allowed on the park at any time)
We are sorry but one car only may be parked alongside each touring caravan or tent. A second car is only allowed by prior arrangement. However, during peak season, bank holidays or extended periods of wet weather we only allow one car per booking.
During school holidays, weekly or fortnightly bookings only usually accepted. Split weeks or odd days accepted subject to availability.
SORRY NO GAZEBOS.
1. Cars. ONE CAR PER UNIT ONLY (Site Licence condition). A second car is only allowed by prior arrangement. During peak season, bank holidays or extended periods of wet weather we only allow one car per booking. All cars to be parked on the car parks during periods of exceptionally wet weather at the request and discretion of the Park Owners.
Please advise us if you have a Four-wheel drive vehicle so we can allocate you a suitable pitch. SUV's, Transit-type vans and truck-type vehicles eg Navara, Hilux, Warrior etc must park on the car park at all times. Day visitors are not allowed to park their car by your unit. They MUST park on the Visitors Car Park at the current daily charge, call at Reception and walk through the Park. To maintain the peacefulness of the park we request that visitors leave the park by 10pm.
2. Only persons named on the booking form to occupy and use the unit. One family or one couple per unit only (unless a second couple are your parents).
3. No unit may be occupied by more than the number for which it was originally designed by the manufacturer.
Maximum number of occupants is five including babies and children. No changeover of occupancy. We reserve the right not to allow any increase in the number of occupants when a booking has been made either verbally or in writing on the booking form.
Bookings are not transferable to other people nor is any sub-letting permitted.
4. We will try to reserve adjacent or specific pitches for touring caravans or tents with electric hook-ups. However we cannot promise this for tents. Maximum size of tents 5m x 6m. Larger tents (without electric) can only be accepted from 23 July to 4 September subject to availability and will be located on the short stay camping field (we do not recommend the Short Stay Camping Field for children under the age of 5).
5. We regret we do not allow pets during Easter weekend, Spring Bank Holiday and from 24 July to 3 Sept on the Touring/Camping area. At other times one small pet only is allowed and this must be kept on a lead at all times and not be allowed to foul the Park grounds.
6. Pitches not taken on expected day of arrival will be considered cancelled and money forfeited, unless we are advised accordingly. If we are unable to re-let the pitch you will be liable for the balance of payment. Please advise us if you will be arriving after 6pm or if you are delayed on your journey so the necessary arrangements can be made.
7. Liability. The Proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to property, including motor vehicles, sustained in occupation, however caused. The use of Park grounds, facilities or equipment shall be at the sole risk of the persons using them. It is the responsibility of parents to supervise their children where appropriate.
8. Limited facilities available up to Spring Bank Holiday and after mid-September. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw any Park facility according to demand or for any good and sufficient reason without prior notice.
9. We regret we cannot accept bookings from groups, parties of single people or single sex parties.
10. Boats must be parked on the car park at all times at owner’s risk and by prior arrangement only.
11. In the interest of safety the riding of children’s bicycles and the use of scooters, skateboards and roller skates on the Park are not allowed.
12. No firearms, items of an explosive nature including fireworks, or offensive weapons to be used or stored on the park.
13. Awnings cannot face each other. Gazebos are only allowed with tents in our short stay camping field (open 24 July to 4 Sept). They are not allowed on the main park with tents or touring caravans.
14. Electric hook-up - you must be fitted with ELCB (earth trip), and must be of a proprietory make. Home-made or modified extension leads are not acceptable.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend or add to booking conditions without prior notice.
