The Balance is payable 14 days before your holiday by cash or cheque. (Sorry we do not accept credit/debit cards.)
Your Holiday Caravan will be available form 3pm on your day of arrival.
We would appreciate it if you would please advise us if you will be arriving after 6pm, or if you are delayed during the journey, please let us know so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
You are requested to vacate your caravan by 10am.
We regret we do not allow pets in holiday caravans available for hire.
We are sorry but only one car may be parked alongside each caravan. Second car by prior arrangement only.
All Holiday Caravans are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, duvet on the double bed , blankets or duvets on the single beds as indicated on the caravan descriptions, and pillows.
All you need to bring is your own personal linen: duvet cover, sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, etc.
Weekly bookings only usually accepted, however late bookings for Short breaks in some 4 berth Holiday Caravans are available up to mid July subject to availability at the time (not Willows) . 6 berths are only available for full weeks at any time. Also, apart from the school holiday period, we may be able to take bookings which are not Saturday to Saturday, or stays of longer than a week, e.g. 10 days. 1. Only persons named on the booking form to occupy and use the Caravan. The number of berths on the caravan description includes accommodation for adults, children and babies. At no time must this number be exceeded. We reserve the right not to allow any increase in the number of occupants once a booking has been made, either verbally or in writing on the booking form. No changeover of occupancy. Bookings are not transferable to other people.
2. Hirers must leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, without your co-operation it is impossible to maintain standards throughout the season. Therefore, on arrival a deposit of £20 is payable in cash (not cheque); this will be returned to you on departure or by post, provided the caravan and equipment are left clean to our satisfaction. Any damage or breakages must be reported and paid for.
3. Cars. ONE CAR PER UNIT ONLY (Site Licence condition). Second car by prior arrangement only.
Four Wheel drive vehicles, SUV's, truck-type vehicles and transit type vans must be parked on the car park at all times unless a tarmac pull-in is provided. Please advise us if you have such a vehicle. If in doubt, please ask.
Day visitors are not allowed to park their car by your caravan. They must park on the Visitors Car Park at the current daily charge, call at reception and walk through the Park. Day visitors pets are not allowed on the park. To maintain the peacefulness of the park, we request that visitors leave by 10pm.
4. Insurance cover against the risk of unavoidable cancellation is recommended. A form will be sent to you with your deposit receipt and this should be forwarded to the insurance company. In the event of cancellation if we are unable to re-let the caravan, you may be liable for the balance. Insurance protects you.
5. Caravans not occupied on expected day of arrival will be considered cancelled and money forfeited unless we are advised accordingly.
6. Liability. The Proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to property, including motor vehicles, sustained in occupation, however caused. The use of the Park grounds, facilities or equipment shall be at the sole risk of persons using them. It is the responsibility of parents to supervise their children where appropriate.
7. Limited facilities available up to Spring Bank Holiday and after mid September. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any Park facility according to demand or for any good and sufficient reason without prior notice.
8. We regret we cannot accept bookings from groups, parties of single people or single sex parties. One couple or one family (parents with children) per unit only. A second couple is only allowed if they are your parents.
9. Boats must be parked on the car park at all times at owners risk and by prior arrangement only.
10. In the interest of safety, the riding of children's bicycles and the use of scooters, skateboards and roller skates/blades are not allowed.
11. No firearms, items of an explosive nature including fireworks, or offensive weapons to be used or stored on the park.
12. The Proprietors reserve the right to amend or add to booking conditions without prior notice.
Smoking - Please note, we have caravans in most categories which are strictly for non-smokers only. If you are booked in a non-smoking caravan and it is noticed on arrival that someone in your party smokes, access may be denied and all contracts void, or an alternative may be offered depending on availability. No refunds will be give. If there is any trace of smoking (smell or otherwise) on departure, your £20 deposit will be forfeited and £100 deep cleaning charge will apply. Please answer truthfully on the booking form so we can try to allocate an appropriate caravan and avoid embarrassment. If you only smoke outside, this must also be disclosed.
